Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks a Product Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, direct-hire, 100% onsite role focusing on hardware support and production-level analyses.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, hands-on hardware experience, and strong communication skills to liaise with local and overseas teams. You will perform failure analyses, root-cause investigations, and help set up repair lines with ESD grounding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
• Experience in computer hardware engineering.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Office suite and data tools.
• Familiarity with UEFI, WINPE, CMD, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the production team.
• Perform failure analysis on customer products.
• Investigate root cause and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with client for escalations.
• Set up repair line with ESD tools and grounding.
• Contribute to problem-solving with analytical approaches.
• Communicate with local and overseas teams via email/ conference calls.
• Prepare parts for second level failure analysis.
