Job summary

Donato Technologies Inc. in Grapevine/Fort Worth area seeks a Product Engineer to provide technical support to production and perform first level failure analysis on customer products. You will investigate root causes, document findings, and communicate solutions across teams.

The role requires hands-on hardware experience, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to coordinate with local and overseas teams. On-site work in Texas with occasional overtime for special projects.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in product design, mechanical, electronic or computer engineering with some experience or 3+ years of equivalent experience as Failure Analysis engineer for computing devices.
• Hands on experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production to overcome daily challenges.
• Lead first-level failure analysis and document root causes.
• Coordinate with customer labs and internal teams for escalations.
• Set up repair lines and ensure proper tooling and ESD grounding.
• Communicate findings via emails and conference calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
