Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Product Engineer to join a client on-site. This is a full-time, direct-hire position and the role is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to the production team, performing failure analysis, conducting root cause analysis, and coordinating with clients on escalations. The candidate must have a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering and strong hardware knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Experience in computer hardware engineering.
• Hands-on experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Office suite knowledge (Excel, Word etc.).
• Moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files.
• Effectively communicate concepts and solutions with various levels of the organization.
• Effectively liaison between Company and Client.
• Must be able to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
• Requires strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Requires flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business supports.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to the production team.
• Perform failure analysis on customer products.
• Investigate and perform root cause analysis.
• Contact client for escalations.
• Set up repair line including ESD tools and grounding.
• Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
• Requires communication with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls.
• Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.
