Barton Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated Product Engineer for our client, a family-owned manufacturer of motor cooling solutions. You will join the engineering team to develop products, perform analyses, and support manufacturing while collaborating with customers, sales, and production.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, CAD modeling, and cross-functional teamwork. A bachelor’s in engineering and 2–5+ years of experience, plus proficiency in CAD tools, are expected, with onsite work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial engineering or related field.
• 2-5+ years in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrial equipment design.
• Proficiency with CAD software: SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or AutoCAD.
• Experience with FEA and CFD analysis.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Onsite work required (not remote).

Responsabilités

• Develop technical drawings, 3D models, engineering calculations, and performance data to support the sales team.
• Prepare technical quotations, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations, product performance analyses, and technical evaluations.
• Support new product development from concept through production.
• Utilize CAD software and engineering analysis tools including 3D modeling, FEA, CFD, and CAM.
• Assist customers with product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Serve as the primary engineering resource for customer inquiries and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and other departments to ensure successful product implementation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive technical support and effective communication.
• Lead and participate in engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support additional engineering projects and responsibilities as needed.
