This role covers product development, engineering calculations, and manufacturing support, using CAD, FEA, CFD, and CAM to deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions and strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical drawings, 3D models, and performance data to support the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations and product performance analyses.
• Support new product development from concept through production.
• Utilize CAD and analysis tools including 3D modeling, FEA, CFD, and CAM.
• Assist customers with product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Serve as the primary engineering resource for customer inquiries and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and other departments for successful product implementation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive technical support.
• Lead and participate in engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
