Job summary

ParentSquare, Inc. is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to build internal tools that empower the company to do more with AI. This role is new, with no fixed tech stack; you’ll select tools per problem and collaborate with support, customer success, and product teams.

You will ship internal and external tools, own adoption, and help evolve our AI development practices while contributing to a culture of simple, clear code and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Shipped production backend code in one or more languages listed above.
• Experience building backend services that scale and are maintainable.
• Comfort with ambiguous requests from non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship internal tools and tools that let the company leverage AI.
• Translate vague requests into scoped problems and push back when needed.
• Own adoption: measure usage and retire features that aren’t used.
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, cost, and failure modes before deployment.
