Vandor Innovations in Indiana is seeking a Product Engineer to take concepts from design through production launch, working with prototypes, tooling, and cross-functional teams.
You will design with 3D CAD, develop specs, and help optimize manufacturability and cost while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams on continuous improvement. On-site role, Monday-Friday, first shift.
Description
Are you an engineer who enjoys taking an idea from the drawing board to a finished product? Do you want a role where you can combine product design, CAD, prototyping, testing, and hands-on problem solving?
Vandor Innovations is looking for a Product Engineer to join our team and help develop and improve products from initial concept through production launch.
This is an opportunity for an engineer who doesn’t want to spend every day behind a desk. You’ll work directly with prototypes, manufacturing processes, materials, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to turn concepts into practical, manufacturable solutions.
Schedule: This is an on-site Monday-Friday, 1st Shift Salary-Exempt position. Core business hours are 7:30am-4:30pm.
We’re looking for someone who combines technical ability with creativity and curiosity. You’ll thrive in this position if you enjoy solving problems, managing multiple projects, collaborating with different teams, and turning ideas into tangible results.
This isn’t an engineering role where your designs disappear after they’re submitted.
You’ll have the opportunity to design it, prototype it, test it, improve it, and help bring it into production.
You’ll work closely with the people who manufacture our products and have the opportunity to see firsthand how your engineering decisions impact quality, cost, manufacturability, and performance.
Bring your creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving mindset to Vandor Innovations and help us take great ideas from concept to reality.
