Job summary

Vandor Innovations in Indiana is seeking a Product Engineer to take concepts from design through production launch, working with prototypes, tooling, and cross-functional teams.

You will design with 3D CAD, develop specs, and help optimize manufacturability and cost while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams on continuous improvement. On-site role, Monday-Friday, first shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks) required.
• Experience with 2D CAD tools (Mastercam, DraftSight) is a plus.
• Interest in plastics injection molding a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design new products and improve existing products using 3D CAD and 2D drawings.
• Take projects from concept through development, testing, validation, and launch.
• Build and evaluate prototypes using CNC, digital cutting, and 3D printing.
• Develop and maintain product specifications, BOMs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive launches.
