Ashley Furniture Industries in the United States is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Lead for Casegoods Fulfillment. You will supervise frontline teammates, optimize staffing and flow, and coach associates on best-practice pick paths to meet safety and productivity targets.

This role emphasizes safety, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with leadership to document insights, drive performance, and ensure clear communication between associates and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred).
• 1+ year leading in operations, logistics, or supply chain.

Work Environment

Operate in an active manufacturing and distribution setting with material-handling equipment, variable temperatures, and moderate-to-high noise. Expect extended time on concrete floors (standing/walking) and consistent use of PPE such as safety glasses and steel-toed footwear. The pace is fast, timelines are critical, and schedules may vary to support production and distribution demand.
