Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver exceptional guest experiences, educate guests on products, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with guests, demonstrate product value, and facilitate seamless transactions while upholding lululemon's standards.

In this role, you will move across the floor to assist customers, participate in omnichannel programs, and collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and inclusive store experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences by engaging with guests and providing product education.
• Move on the sales floor to assist guests and maintain presentation standards.
• Operate in-store technology to support transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety policies to uphold a luxury environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless guest service and store operations.
