Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our store. Educators engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and represent our community and culture with authenticity.

You will move around the floor, support store operations, and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences. The role requires flexibility and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, reflecting our commitment to an active, wellness-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation (EMEA note not applicable for US).
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class guest experience through genuine engagement and product education.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits of products.
• Support store operations and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store, etc.).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and maintain a luxury store environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and store leadership to enhance guest satisfaction and team performance.
