lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and authentic product education. You will engage guests, share high-quality education on products, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

Responsibilities include facilitating seamless transactions, supporting omnichannel programs, and collaborating with the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for movement and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to Work evidence (EMEA only).
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests.
• Willing to lift boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to deliver world-class service and authentic product education.
• Provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Articulate product value and benefits to guests.
• Facilitate seamless transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive feedback and work with leadership to make it right.
