lululemon is hiring an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our stores, sharing top-quality product education and connecting with our community. You will engage with guests, guide purchases, and support seamless transactions across in-store and omnichannel options.

You will work with a diverse team to ensure an inclusive, energetic store environment, while presenting products and maintaining the luxury store ambiance. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and address their needs.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
