Job summary

Cumulus Digital Systems seeks a Product Education Manager to lead learning platform selection, launch Cumulus Academy, and establish a formal certification program for users. You will report to the VP of Product and work with Professional Services in Houston to build this function from the ground up.

You will design curricula for external and internal audiences, develop training content across formats, and measure outcomes like completion rates and time-to-productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, communications, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in customer education, technical training, instructional design, enablement, or related role in B2B software.
• Demonstrated experience building training curricula from scratch, not just maintaining content.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and implement a learning management platform and own vendor relationships.
• Build and operate Cumulus Academy with course structure and learning paths.
• Design and launch a formal Cumulus certification program with curricula and assessments.
• Develop role-based curricula for external audiences and internal enablement.
• Create scalable deployment materials to reduce manual training for customers.
