Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is building a modern product organization with cross-functional teams that own discovery through delivery. You will lead design strategy, craft coherent UX across multiple areas, and drive impactful, scalable design systems in a global portfolio.

We seek a leader with 8–10 years in product design, strong storytelling, and experience guiding AI-enabled design, with a hybrid work model in Atlanta and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of product design or UX experience, at staff/principal/design lead level
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic design and thought leadership on high-impact digital products
• Proven ability to co-own product strategy with product management and engineering
• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system and governance, including AI components
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for senior stakeholders
• Mentorship and influence across designers; leadership potential
• Fluency in user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design across web and mobile
• Proficiency in modern prototyping tools (Figma, Claude Code/Design) and AI workflows

Responsibilities

• Co-create product strategy with PM and engineering partners across areas
• Craft UX direction to ensure coherence and user-centricity
• Navigate ambiguity and build trust with audacious yet sound judgments
• Communicate design strategy at executive levels to align stakeholders
• Develop scalable, value-driven design solutions
• Establish and evolve the design system to meet a growing portfolio
• Maintain high craft standards across all shipped experiences
• Introduce and champion new design approaches including AI-assisted design
