Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical or life sciences field.
• Experience with EDC products such as Medidata, Veeva, CTMS and related systems.
• Proficiency in product management tools and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall product life cycle from conception to launch, aligning product vision with customer needs and business goals for multiple products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the life sciences sector, including build vs buy decisions.
• Define and prioritize product requirements with data management operations, engineering, data and other teams.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps with clear stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics and adjust strategies.
• Foster relationships with clients and industry experts for feedback and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Manage portfolio forecasts, budget, status reporting, and resource utilization including licenses and 3rd party spend.
• Oversee data management incident, problem and change management processes.
