Job summary

Fortrea is seeking an Executive Director in Global Clinical Development to lead strategic growth and operational excellence. You will shape differentiated trial strategies, engage senior clients and internal experts, and grow best practices across the enterprise.

This role requires deep experience in R&D and clinical delivery, and fosters leadership across Fortune 500 pharma, CROs, and KOLs. Travel and global collaboration are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in R&D/clinical development.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong external network across pharma and CROs.
• Financial acumen: P&L, budgets, forecast.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategies for operational delivery and proposal differentiation.
• Oversee growth of a profitable portfolio across Therapeutic Areas.
• Establish governance, scorecards and accountability across GenMed.
• Engage as a senior leader with internal experts, clients and partners.
