Job summary

Fortrea in the United States seeks an Executive Director for Global Clinical Development to drive growth, oversee strategy, and lead cross-functional teams delivering differentiated trial solutions. You will set governance and performance measures, partner with Delivery and Medical leaders, and mentor a growing GenMed SDG capability.

The role requires senior leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a track record of building organizational capability across complex matrices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advance degree preferred (APR N, MPH, PhD and/or MBA).
• Fortrea may consider relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads commercial growth through design and development of innovative trial solutions.
• Builds senior relationships across pharma, biotech, KOLs and partners to grow market position.
• Leads end-to-end business development strategies including RFI and proposals.
• Markets capability and visibility via publications, conferences and webinars.
• Leads strategic roadmap development and cross-functional leadership for GenMed.
