Fortrea seeks a Senior Director, Patient-Centered Endpoints to provide strategic scientific leadership for client engagements, guiding evidence generation strategies, study design, and regulatory considerations in patient-centered research.

You will oversee complex programs, mentor staff, drive business development, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across projects in collaboration with health authorities and clients.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in Social Sciences, Health Outcomes Research, Public Health, Psychology, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, or related field.
• Experience leading complex client engagements and multidisciplinary research programs.
• Experience supporting regulatory interactions and regulatory submissions.

Mansioni

• Lead evidence generation strategies and study design in collaboration with clients.
• Oversee study protocols, reports, and data collection instruments.
• Direct all phases of study execution ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.
• Lead client meetings and strategic operational discussions to support engagement delivery.
