Job summary

Fortrea is seeking an experienced EDC Lead to design and oversee CRFs for complex clinical studies. You will lead eCRF design in leading EDC systems and coordinate with data managers, programmers, and sponsor teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in data management and CRF design, strong problem-solving, and mentoring abilities, with fluency in English and experience with Medidata RAVE, Oracle Inform, or Veeva Vault.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, information technology, or related fields.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience including data management and/or database programming and spec design.
• Experience with Medidata RAVE, Oracle Inform, or Veeva Vault is required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design the eCRF in leading EDC systems (Rave, Veeva, Inform) to support study data collection.
• Prepare and review draft and final eCRF and edit check specifications.
• Lead team meetings and provide guidance to programmers and data managers.
• Mentor study team and oversee junior staff.
• Ensure study specifications and standard objects comply with SOPs.
• Participate in quality control and audits.
