Job summary

Fortrea in the United States (North Carolina) seeks a seasoned Executive Director to lead Global Clinical Development strategy and operational delivery, driving a differentiated portfolio in rare diseases and pediatrics. You will steer cross-functional input, guide proposal strategies and grow relationships with clients and experts.

You will shape governance, performance metrics and talent development, while advancing Fortrea’s capabilities across the enterprise and ensuring strategic execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience translating market intelligence into growth opportunities.
• Senior leadership experience in a global, matrixed setting.

Responsibilities

• Leads business growth through design/development of innovative, winning trial solutions.
• Builds senior relationships across pharma, KOLs, investigators and partners.
• Leads strategic governance, scorecards and performance measures for GenMed.
• Sponsors partnerships across Commercial, Medical, Delivery and Functional Leadership.
• Oversees workforce planning, development and succession in GenMed.
• Engages as subject matter expert in process improvements and change management.
