As a Product Director in the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), you will lead innovation through developing products and features that delight customers. You will leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation. Your leadership will inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions addressing customer needs.

The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) seeks an Executive Director in Product Management to lead the CDAO Graph team. You will drive firmwide platform strategy, data modeling, and user interface development, focusing on large-scale product strategy and ensuring consistent messaging across the Graph team’s portfolio.

Job responsibilities
  • Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle through planning, execution, and future development, continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.
  • Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, including solution generation, market research, storyboarding, prototyping, product adoption strategies, and delivery, enabling effective objective achievement.
  • Own product performance and be accountable for investments in enhancements to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Lead the CDAO Graph team in developing and executing platform strategies.
  • Ensure alignment and consistent messaging across the portfolio.
  • Drive development and optimization of the platform's data model and user interface.
  • Oversee shared services like notifications and search, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business goals.
  • Utilize expertise in Graph Databases (Neo4j) and data modeling to enhance platform capabilities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence key product lifecycle activities such as discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience driving organizational change and managing stakeholders across functions.
  • Proven experience in product management at an executive level within a large organization.
  • Strong technical expertise in Graph Databases (Neo4j) and data modeling.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and product development skills.
  • Ability to manage up and ensure consistent messaging across portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Practical, solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Recognized thought leader in a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) operations.
  • Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
