The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is seeking an Executive Director in Product Management to lead the CDAO Graph team. This role involves driving firmwide platform strategy, data modeling, and user interface development, focusing on large-scale product strategy and consistent messaging across the team's portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
2. Lead the entire product lifecycle through planning, execution, and future development, continuously adapting and developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.
3. Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, including solution generation, market research, storyboarding, prototyping, product adoption strategies, and delivery, enabling effective objectives achievement.
4. Own product performance and be accountable for investments in enhancements to meet business objectives.
5. Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
6. Lead the development and execution of product strategies for the firmwide platform within the CDAO Graph team.
7. Ensure alignment and consistent messaging across the portfolio.
8. Drive the development and optimization of the platform's data model and user interface, utilizing Graph Databases (Neo4j) and data modeling expertise.
9. Oversee shared services such as notifications and search, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience driving organizational change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proven experience in product management at an executive level within a large organization.
• Strong technical expertise in Graph Databases (Neo4j) and data modeling.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and product development skills.
• Ability to manage upward and drive consistent messaging across diverse portfolios.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
