The CR New Ventures team creates and iterates on products that solve thorny consumer problems and develop profitable new revenue streams for Consumer Reports. Working on the New Ventures team feels a lot like a startup—we're a small, nimble, collaborative, and creative team dedicated to impact. The Director of Product Development focuses on new and adjacent opportunities for CR and is responsible for leading the discovery, development, and execution of new product concepts from inception to launch, aiming to expand CR’s reach and diversify revenue streams.
This is a hybrid position under our CRFlex program, eligible for remote work up to 50-60%. Candidates must reside within 75 miles of our main office locations (New York, NY; Yonkers, NY; Washington DC; Colchester, CT).
By strategically identifying unmet consumer needs and leading multidisciplinary teams to test, learn, and develop new solutions, you will enable us to bring more mission-aligned products and services to market faster.
