The role of Director, TPM & Product Management is new to our Technology Services organization. This role is responsible for delivering the book of work across our technology team, covering areas from GTM & Finance systems to IT, Compliance, and Risk. While the TPM function is established and growing, our Product function for this team is brand new, initially focusing on our Sales team to ensure they have the data and tools needed for our global GTM strategy. We seek a leader who has built and led these functions, can partner with senior leaders, and ensure our Technology Services team delivers effectively for our business.

This is a full-time role that can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

1. Lead our team of TPMs to evolve our billing model, ensure compliance with ITGC, integrate acquisitions, and restructure our identity model.
2. Define and build our Product function to enable our engineering teams to support our Sales team with the latest technology for our GTM strategy.
3. Organize and lead regular portfolio reviews to align capacity with top priorities and track delivery schedules.
4. Manage our roadmaps to ensure stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 5+ years leading TPMs and/or Product Managers (preferably both)
• 5+ years delivering solutions to Finance and/or Sales teams
• 5+ years implementing company-wide IT solutions, ideally in a tech company
• 5+ years experience in stakeholder and roadmap management
• Proficiency with Agile delivery practices

While not required, it's a plus if you also have:

• Experience in building or managing an IT General Controls framework
• Experience managing Compliance and Risk, including maintaining a risk register

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hubs, the annual base salary range is $228,000 — $308,000 USD. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, market demand, and location. For remote roles, the pay range is localized to your work location, between 80% and 100% of the range. Please discuss your location with your recruiter.
