Job summary

Ultradent is seeking a Product Development & Sustainment (PD&S) Project Assistant to support the PD&S management team in South Jordan, UT. This onsite role involves administrative duties, reporting, event planning, and helping with projects and change management.

You will schedule meetings, track metrics, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate cross-functional activities, maintain databases, and assist with change management efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in administrative, life science (medical device preferred), project management or project support role advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Smartsheet, Oracle and Agile a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, arrange travel, and prepare expense reports.
• Prepare complex or confidential reports and presentations; ensure metric accuracy and timeliness.
• Support project teams: agendas, meeting coordination, and project documentation management.
• Maintain project databases and tools; collaborate cross-functionally to meet reporting needs.
