Job summary

Ultradent Products, Inc. in South Jordan, UT, is seeking a PD&S Project Assistant to support the Product Development & Sustainment management team. This onsite role assists with administrative duties, reporting, event planning, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in administrative, life science (medical device preferred) or project support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Oracle and Agile is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, reserve rooms, arrange travel, and manage expense reports.
• Support special projects and respond to senior management communications.
• Maintain departmental records and provide reception support.
• Procure materials for testing and evaluation.
• Prepare complex reports and presentations.
• Ensure timely department metrics and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with other areas to align information and reporting needs.
• Maintain project databases and tools; support cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate project activities and manage documentation.
• Lead and organize project meetings and agendas.
