Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, PM, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years PM experience in product development or NPI.
• Experience with hardware/building products preferred.
• Proven cross-functional delivery in matrix environments.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules.
• Strong organization, ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of new product and enhancement initiatives for automatic doors.
• Coordinate launch execution, track milestones, and escalate critical issues.
• Define project requirements and scope with stakeholders.
• Ensure final product meets requirements or approved deviations.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource estimates.
• Drive stage-gate process from design readiness to commercial launch.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with owners and action items.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Develop mitigation plans and escalate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate work across R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, marketing, sales.
• Ensure compliance, certification activities with owners for milestones.
• Provide regular updates and drive key decisions with leadership.
• Translate technical details to stakeholders in an understandable way.
• Pursue continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
