Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end new product and enhancement initiatives for automatic doors.
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams and milestones for launches.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking from concept to launch.
• Manage stage-gate process including design readiness, pilot builds, and production readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and issues to protect schedule and budget.
• Drive stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates to leadership.
• Translate technical details for executive stakeholders.
