Job summary

Spectrum Brands in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support Product Development projects under the Sr. Manager, Project Management.

You will assist in system administration, training, documentation, and lifecycle code maintenance. This role interfaces with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Packaging, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Contract Manufacturing to ensure on-time launches and accurate data in SPX, Workfront, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of operations or business experience, preferably in project or database management.
• Consumer product goods experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional team activities required to launch changing products.
• Create, maintain, and distribute project tracking information.
• Act as liaison between Marketing, Graphics, R&D, Regulatory, Packaging, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Contract Manufacturing.
• Update lifecycle codes in SAP and maintain Item/Material Specifications.
• Create and maintain SPX and Workfront reports/dashboards.
