Job summary

MRINetwork seeks a Project Development Manager to drive growth in the Northeast. You will engage engineers, architects, EPCs and other decision-makers early, leading cross-functional teams to influence specifications and secure projects.

You will build a strategic pipeline, develop pursuit plans, and collaborate with sales, marketing and project development to advance opportunities, tracking progress in Salesforce and ensuring compliant, timely proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or technical discipline) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in project selling and specification influence.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with pipeline management expertise (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage major projects early to influence specifications and construction documents.
• Build and manage a strategic pipeline within your territory.
• Develop and execute project pursuit strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with engineers, architects, EPCs, consultants, and owners.

Project Development Manager
Location: Pennsylvania (Philadelphia or Pittsburgh metro areas)

Summary:

Seeking a strategic, collaborative Project Development Manager in the Northeast to support an assigned territory. You’ll drive project growth through early engagement with engineers, architects, EPCs, and other key decision-makers, leading cross-functional teams to ensure the company is specified early and wins projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or technical discipline) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of sales experience in project selling and specification influence
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Analytical mindset with pipeline management expertise (Salesforce preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Minimal physical activity; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Extended computer use (up to 8 hours/day)
• Occasional exposure to chemicals
• Travel up to 50% by car or air (including overnight stays)
