Job summary

Branch is building an innovative, well-funded startup in the office furniture space. The Product Development Coordinator will support the Product Development team across the lifecycle of our products, ensuring high quality, strong user experience, and smooth launches for both direct-to-consumer and contract lines.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing timelines, costs, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of product development, sourcing, production, or buyer experience - hardgoods preferred, ideally within furniture
• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent practical experience) in product development, sourcing, or production
• Superlative attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced startup environment
• Deadline-driven with ability to work independently and communicate strategically
• Motivated self-starter with a thirst to learn and identify hurdles in the product development process
• Passion for defining process, implementing quality, and producing clear documentation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and experience working with cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• PD Process Ownership - Owns delivering products and cross functional alignment
• Timeline Management - Manage sample dates, design approvals, and PO placement
• Costing - Coordinate with Asia Sourcing for cost sheets
• Documentation - Gather Cost sheets, BOMs, Spec Sheets, and Assembly Guides
• Launch Management - Coordinate day-to-day product details and SKU setup
