Job summary

Qnity Electronics, Inc. in Newark, Delaware, is seeking a dynamic Product Development Engineering Manager to lead Newark and Hayward teams, drive new product development, scale-up, and influence strategy across MT, IO, Quality, and R&D.

You will work with customers to align product priorities with market trends, apply DOE and FMEA, and champion safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global electronics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of polymer/organic chemistry and chemical engineering principles.
• Knowledge of organic analytical techniques (GC, LC, GPC, NMR, IR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Product Development Engineering teams in Newark and Hayward.
• Direct resources and processes for new product development and scale-up.
• Plan and oversee DE laboratory investments for troubleshooting and scale-up technologies.
• Apply DOE (Design of Experiments) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) methodologies to drive innovation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with customers to understand market trends and prioritize product and quality improvement initiatives.
• Actively participate in EH&S programs to maintain high safety standards.
