Job summary
Qnity in Newark, DE seeks a senior Manufacturing Technology leader to own the technical health of site processes, drive safety, quality, yield, uptime, and cost competitiveness, and lead complex equipment issues with structured problem solving.
You will develop capital plans, guide automation initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and R&D to ensure rigorous risk assessments and operational readiness for major investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years in manufacturing/engineering or manufacturing technology.
- Experience leading technical organizations and developing engineering talent.
- Strong process, equipment, and troubleshooting expertise.
- Experience with continuous improvement and capital project initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical health of site manufacturing processes and systems.
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, yield, reliability, uptime, capacity, and cost.
- Lead resolution of complex manufacturing, process, and equipment issues.
- Ensure effective technical ownership of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Support automation, digital manufacturing, and operating excellence initiatives.
