Qnity Electronics, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to oversee Manufacturing Technology at the Newark, Delaware site. You will guide the organization responsible for technical health of manufacturing processes, lead improvements in safety, quality, yield, and cost, and drive automation and digital manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or manufacturing technology.
• Experience leading technical organizations and developing engineering talent.
• Strong manufacturing process, equipment, and troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and capital project initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Technology organization across site operations.
• Set technical priorities and align resources for operations, reliability, automation, and capital projects.
• Develop technical talent and succession planning within MT.
• Represent MT in site and business planning and collaborate across functions.
• Drive safety, quality, yield, reliability, uptime, and cost improvements.
