Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking an innovative Product Development leader to identify and develop new opportunities in the pressure-sensitive industry, aligning with GBP's growth strategy.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, customers, and internal teams to translate market needs into robust, financially sound product solutions and manage initiatives from concept through qualification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical/product development in a related industry.
• BS in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or Materials Science & Engineering; advanced degree a plus.
• Background in paper and paper coatings; PSA related knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with coating and converting process equipment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new product opportunities within the PSA industry.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, customers, and internal teams to define market needs and deliver robust solutions.
• Develop products that meet customer CTQs and define manufacturing and quality specs.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement on developments and process improvements.
• Serve as subject matter expert on GBP's paper products and evolving PSA trends.
• Lead new raw material qualifications and support process optimization.
