Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a technical/product development professional to identify and develop new PSA product opportunities.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, customers, and internal teams to define market needs and deliver robust product solutions from concept through qualification, staying aligned with industry trends and technologies. The role reports to the Technical Director and requires hands-on experience with coating and converting processes, with a focus

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical/product development within related industry.
• BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or Materials Science & Engineering; advanced degree is a plus.
• Background in paper and paper coatings; knowledge of PSA papers, films, and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new product opportunities within the pressure sensitive industry.
• Define market needs with Sales, Marketing, and customers; deliver robust product solutions.
• Manage new product initiatives from concept through qualification; align with industry trends.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Procurement on development, process improvements, and margins.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert on paper and evolving coating technologies.
• Lead raw material qualifications and support process optimization in manufacturing.
