Responsibilities

• Support Product Development Engineers in characterization and build production test programs with parametric, data and statistical analysis.
• Perform engineering and correlation studies to ensure yield, coverage and production ramp.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain technical documents; debug manufacturing and characterization test programs for next‑gen AMD processors.
• Participate in product debug and characterization to identify performance, process, and test sensitivities.
