Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a US-based university in an undergrad degree program (CS/CE/EE or related).
• Willingness to work full-time during co-op/intern term.
• Interest in product development and semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Development Engineers in characterization and building production test programs using parametric, data, and statistical analysis.
• Learn engineering and correlation studies to help ensure yield, coverage, and ramp to production.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documents, and assist with debugging manufacturing/test programs for future AMD microprocessors.
• Participate in product debug and characterization to identify performance sensitivities.
