Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. seeks a highly motivated 2027 Undergrad Product Development Engineering Intern/Co-op to join the team in a hands-on role.

You will support Product Development Engineers with characterization and build production test programs, applying parametric, data and statistical analysis. This paid internship offers hybrid or onsite work structures for 40 hours per week, with projects spanning yield improvement, debugging, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a US university in an undergraduate CS/CE/EE or related field.
• Knowledge of listed languages and tools preferred.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week in hybrid or onsite setting.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Development Engineers in characterization and to build production test programs through parametric, data and statistical analysis.
• Perform engineering and correlation studies to ensure yield, coverage and meet target goals to initiate production ramp.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain technical documents, debug manufacturing and characterization test programs for next-generation AMD processors.
• Participate in product debug and characterization to identify product performance, process, and test sensitivities.
