Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE or CE or related field; knowledge of product engineering, semiconductor manufacturing and failure analysis encouraged.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well with others.
• Experience with data analysis, automation, and AI-assisted tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, reviewing circuit and layout designs for compliance and quality objectives.
• Lead product and process characterization to validate performance against datasheet specs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support high-volume manufacturing operations with accurate documentation, monitoring yields, managing dispositions, and driving cost and efficiency improvements.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for product quality and reliability, performing root cause analysis on returns and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee product development, test, and packaging initiatives, including new package introductions, test program maintenance, and performance enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers and guiding process and quality improvement programs.
