Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA to define and implement qualification plans for fab site transfer and new products.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish project plans for execution.
• Minimize project costs by reducing cycle time and optimizing workflows.
• Monitor qualification lots, resolve issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor and report product performance and qualification results to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Generate specifications for qualified devices per MIL-PRF-19500 and MIL-PRF-38535.
• Develop knowledge of product configuration, manufacturing processes and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Participate as SME in product performance and cross-functional teams.
