Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to turn customer needs into winning product strategies. You will work closely with customers to shape roadmaps, create differentiating messaging, and drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales, Operations and Engineering.

The role emphasizes strong market insights, collaboration with R&D, and an energetic approach to design-win activities and portfolio development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
6+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing or related commercial roles in semiconductors.
Experience with market analysis, competitive benchmarking and customer engagement.
Experience supporting product launches, GTM activities and sales enablement.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate tech to customer value.
Cross-functional collaboration across Product Lines, R&D, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
Analytical mindset with ability to build business cases and portfolio recommendations.
Nice-to-have: knowledge of IBC architectures, VRMs, and power delivery for AI/datacenter.

Responsibilities

Support product strategy and roadmap planning through market, customer and competitive insights.
Define requirements, business cases and value propositions for new products.
Prioritize customer needs and translate into features and roadmap actions with R&D.
Develop product positioning, messaging and differentiation for target segments.
Create go-to-market materials, sales enablement content and collateral.
Support product launches and cross-functional execution with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Engineering.
Monitor product performance, metrics and customer feedback; propose corrective actions.
Drive customer engagement activities including design-wins, visits and industry events.
Maintain competitive intelligence and identify portfolio expansion opportunities.
Bridge between customers, commercial teams and development to align market needs with execution.
Support forecast planning and volume ramp readiness across the supply chain
