Haus Labs is seeking a Coordinator of Product Development to support the daily operations of the Product Development team. The role reports to the Director of Product Development and involves organizing samples, files, and vendor materials to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of industry experience, with a proactive and detail-driven approach in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ship and track product samples across all new projects and testing phases.
• Create and maintain master digital files for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate and book vendor meetings and trade show attendance.
• Assist in organizing raw ingredients through proper documentation and filing.
• Maintain and organize Haus product library and retains.
• Assist with archiving and retrieving documents from Cordata.
