Haus Labs is seeking a Package Development Coordinator to join the Packaging team. You will report to the Senior Manager, supporting day-to-day operations, tracking project progress, maintaining digital files, and ensuring packaging standards are documented and accessible.

The role emphasizes organized multitasking, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in packaging/engineering with at least two years in cosmetics packaging,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology/Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in packaging engineering within cosmetics/personal care.
• Familiarity with packaging lab equipment and testing protocols.
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills; proactive problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ship and track products or components for all new projects and testing.
• Create new master digital files for upcoming projects.
• File away new packaging standards and keep all retains organized.
• Assist Packaging Team with monthly testing status reports.
• Support with vendor meetings and recaps with action items.
• Organize and log competitive closet and packaging inventory.
