Job summary

Branch is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support our Product Development team in growing our portfolio of high-quality, user-friendly office furniture and accessories for both direct-to-consumer and contract lines. You’ll collaborate across teams, maintain meticulous documentation, and drive on-time product launches in a fast-paced startup.

You will help with sampling, costing, and launch readiness, coordinating with domestic and international partners to ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0-2+ years of product development, sourcing, production, or buyer experience (hardgoods preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization with ownership in a fast-paced startup.
• Deadline-driven with the ability to work independently and prioritize.
• Motivated self-starter who proactively identifies risks and resolves issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own PD process and drive cross-functional alignment for development goals.
• Manage timelines: specs, samples, cost approvals, and PO placement.
• Collaborate with Asia Sourcing to align cost sheets.
• Gather and store documentation for product launches (Cost sheets, BOMs, specs).
• Coordinate day-to-day product details and SKU/UPC labeling with vendors.
