Job summary

Branch is seeking a Product Development Associate Manager to support the Sr Manager of Product Development in growing our product portfolio, focusing on quality and user experience for both direct-to-consumer and contract lines.

You will help organize, develop, and launch furniture and accessories, collaborating with domestic and international partners. The role requires attention to detail, ownership, and strong communication in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of product development, sourcing, or production experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong attention to detail and ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Independent worker with the ability to communicate strategically.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own PD process ownership and drive cross-functional alignment on development goals.
• Manage timelines: design approvals, sample due dates, cost approvals, and PO placement.
• Collaborate with Asia Sourcing and Engineering on cost engineering and packaging efficiencies.
• Develop vendor capabilities and leverage knowledge to deliver best possible products.
