Responsibilities

• Track multiple product ranges, keep timelines and milestones on schedule.
• Capture action items from meetings and ensure follow-through.
• Flag risks or delays and escalate to the Product Development Specialist.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for active programs.
• Collect and maintain product details including features, specs, pricing and timelines.
• Set up item cards with complete, clearly formatted information.
• Work with buyers and factories to gather required content.
• Ensure product information is consistent across internal systems.
• Communicate product updates to buyers, sales, and internal teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for project status and product questions.
• Relay feedback between studio, buyers, and the Specialist.
• Attend meetings when the Specialist is unavailable and take notes.
• Assist showroom setup and ongoing organization.
• Support trade show prep including logistics and sample coordination.
• Ship samples to clients ahead of presentations.
• Help ensure displayed products are presentation-ready.
