Eagle Labs, Inc is seeking a Product Development Coordinator in Oldsmar, FL to drive new product lifecycles, manage formulations, approvals, and pricing, and ensure system updates within BatchMaster ERP. The role requires coordinating with Sales, R&D, Procurement, QA, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee documentation, regulatory compliance, and change control while maintaining meticulous product specifications and cross-functional communication to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field is preferred.
• Experience in contract manufacturing, cosmetics, or dietary supplements is advantageous.
• Proficiency with BatchMaster or similar ERP systems for product tracking and change control.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and change requests from concept to completion.
• Ensure accurate documentation, FPS, and MPR updates in BM ERP.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals to meet deadlines.
• Maintain project records and communicate status to stakeholders.
