Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Oldsmar, FL, seeks a Product Development Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of new products and change requests, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, R&D, Procurement, QA, and Operations.

You will oversee formulations, approvals, and pricing while updating BatchMaster ERP with precise product specifications and system updates. The position emphasizes project leadership, regulatory documentation, and proactive cross-functional communication to meet milestones and readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Industry experience in contract manufacturing, cosmetics, or dietary supplements is advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of BatchMaster (BM) or similar ERP systems for product tracking and Change Control management.
• Strong project leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Workflow: initiate and track new product development and change requests in BatchMaster.
• Milestones: drive development phases and approvals through to final regulatory sign-off.
• Documentation: maintain records of revisions, notes, and client communications.
• Cross-functional: align teams to deadlines and validate formulations via dashboards.
